Finding the best partner, be it in the U.S. or in China, can be challenging. Often companies put too much emphasis on guanxi (personal connections) or subjective measures (including financials) when looking at partners. CPP debunks the guanxi myths and provides actionable facts and analysis for companies to assess potential partners. We also provide guidance during the early stages of partnership as well as ongoing communications support.

We arrange industry specific trips for clients to meet potential partners, or just get more in-depth knowledge of the partners and competitors in their industry in the U.S. or China.
