Alysha also lived in China in 1984-85 and 1991-93.
Katherine has specific knowledge in corporate fraud, compliance, due diligence and supply chain security compliance (C-TPAT), and is also versed in ethical sourcing/labor standards (SA8000), crisis management, and ethics – with practical knowledge of these areas specific to China and on the expectations of U.S. headquarters. Katherine enjoys working with companies to localize and operationalize their compliance programs on any compliance topic.
She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners). She has worked on strategic projects involving communications, corporate compliance and business development with a diverse section of colleagues from editors to CEOs, and with people across the globe. Katherine spends her time working and living between Atlanta and Shanghai.

Gary is the Dallas, TX-based founder and owner of Frasch Sit/Stand Furniture, and managing director of ConnexAsia Ltd., a Hong Kong-based company that provides import, export, sourcing and new factory setup services as well as product development from concept to manufacturing to retail.
Previously a global program manager in Shenzhen with Flextronics, Gary has also worked for other electronics-related companies.
A fluent Mandarin speaker, Gary has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
